nightmare from check-in to check-out—I couldn’t wait to leave! Avoid this place at all costs if you value your comfort

Nothing at all I hated every second

This was, without question, the worst Booking.com experience I’ve ever had. The biggest issue was that the property had no working air conditioning. I contacted the host multiple times asking for it to be fixed, but my requests were ignored. Despite the unit being uncomfortably hot, the host refused to offer a refund or any reasonable solution and still charged me the full amount. The house itself was in poor condition. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property, and ants were all over the main floor. The neighborhood also felt very unsafe. I would not recommend staying here if you’re concerned about safety or peace of mind. The host’s behavior made the experience even worse. They appeared to constantly monitor the exterior cameras and charged $70 for every visitor, even if someone stopped by for only a few minutes. It felt invasive and extremely uncomfortable. Another major issue is the $500 Zelle payment requirement after booking. Shortly after I reserved the property, I was told I had to immediately send a $500 payment through Zelle or my reservation would be canceled without a refund. Throughout my stay, I continued receiving threats that my booking would be canceled without a refund over various issues. Instead of feeling like a paying guest, I felt like I was constantly being intimidated. I’ve stayed in many rentals over the years, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. The entire stay was stressful from beginning to end. By the time I finally checked out, it honestly felt like I had escaped a prison rather than finished a vacation. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration. There are countless better places to stay. I strongly recommend avoiding this property.

Worst stay

Kitchen tissues was not there. No kitchen towels. There was nothing that I can like.

This is the worst place till now I stayed. Every Washroom doors lock were broken. Two bedrooms light fan were not working. Air-conditioning system was not working (till we told them to check). Not enough bath towels. Very bad communication from host side. Didn't reply. After multiple messages reply came through it was written that 24 hours available. Most important thing is safety issues. There was basement room, they were so loud. So bad smell was coming.

After a short confrontation with the individuals we made the decision for our safety to leave early and wait at the airport for our flight home. Owners were very understanding/apologetic about our decision and shared that they are unable to screen guests when booking.com is used.

Everything was as described. Super fast response and very helpful. House was clean. It accommodated a Family of 7 really well. Home is close to all kinds of restaurants and close to New York city. There is a hot tub, but you need to pay extra $50 per night. It was amazing and super relaxing, we fully enjoyed it. Very clean and we felt that the house is very well kept. We also used the BBQ grill which was big enough and clean.
