The property was beautiful and the decor was so pretty!
There was nothing I didn’t like. I’m from America and do not smoke so I didn’t enjoy the smoking directly in front of the door

We are from Brazil and felt right at home here. Staff is really friendly, and all are Brazilian. The hotel is new and the rooms are super clean and well equipped (table, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cups, everything to make tea / coffee). Bed is comfortable and the location is close (10 minutes walk) to the Munster Platz / city centre. WiFi is fast.
I’ve stayed in Ulm many times over the years and this is by far the best hotel. Truly an excellent place made even better by the great staff.

the room wa structured perfectly the vibes the swing chair even a microwave?? it was absolutely amazing and everything went so smoothly especially with the online check in. the entire hotel is lovely, i wish there were more of this hotel chain in different countries i would always choose rioca!!! such a great setup

Everything is good. The room is clean and quiet. The staff is nice.
There is no trash bin in room. It’s inconvenient.
