La suite en la que nos alojamos era preciosa y la hacienda en general también.
Nunca había nadie en recepción. Tardamos en poder hacer el check-in. Era difícil conseguir ver a alguien para solucionar problemas inmediatos. Falta de organización: no dejaron papel higiénico cuando hicieron la habitación y al pedirlo, no sólo no se disculparon sino que se molestaron; las toallas llegaron de la lavandería después de las 7 de la tarde.
