A pousada é nova e bem moderna. Tem um lounge bem agradável e um café que serve sopas, pizzas etc. Os quartos são muito confortáveis. Amenidades estão disponíveis. Tem até oferta de cachaça de cortesia. Muito boa por sinal. Aconselho o restaurante Zuppa. Um lugar muito agradável com várias opções inclusive participamos do festival gastronômico gaúcho.
A recepção não é o ponto forte. Quem vai a Cambará do Sul deseja ver os canyons. A hospedagem não fez muita questão de apoiar esse objetivo.

A localização é bem central. Cama e lençóis bons.
O ar quente não esquentava o suficiente para aquecer o quarto e passei frio todas as noites. Não tem uma poltrona para assistir a tv e nem 1 cadeira na varanda. A varanda tem uma vista para um terreno de entulhos. A limpeza foi bem mais ou menos. Os funcionários são frios e distantes. Nada atenciosos. Café aguado. Pelo preço esperava melhor.
