Jag tyckte om allt i detta boende. Väldigt trevlig personal och hjälpsamt. Lägenheten låg väldigt bra till och nära till restauranger och bästa kaféet på C front är bonus. Enkelt med parkering och i närheten finns Big Market där man kan handla det mesta.
Hissen är lite långsam och att det måste användas tillsammans med en nyckel som aktiveras hissen.

As for location:
the location is good, and all shops are close (Haso and Big market). You have to walk to the nearest beach about 5-7 minutes, good bars are very close (just opposite the Kill Grill), the apartment is situated in the beginning of Lungomare, so it could be noisy and lodly sometime (even on 8th floor).
About facilities:
The apartment has everything for a longer stay (it has washing machine, kitchenette, refridgerator, boiler for hot water, oven, TV-set). It's not new but everything works. Bed is comfortable. The thing I can really advise is to mount anti-mosquitos meshes, because it's impossible to let a fresh air in the evenings.
About host:
the host is El Mar Agency. They are very helpful and attentive. You can address all your issues to the host, and they will make their best to help you. Please, also note, the host can offer you best rates for all the touristic services (rents, taxi, excusrions etc.)
For location:
sometimes it's really noisy, and music from bars is very loud, so you should know it. But it's Lungomare, and yhou should be ready))))
For facilities:
Anti-mosquitos meshes are really necessary. The refridgerator is small for family with 3 and more members (of course if you prefer to eat home and store your prepared food in refridgerator). For couple it's enough.
For host:
it's a very good host, so I can't say any negative word here)))
