Very rude staff , Not walkable location. No, restaurant system. Breakfast quality is very low. Really I surprised how you are rating it 7.6. It's rating is equivalent to Zero. At any angle it is not upto two star . So, I am writing same in Like box .

stay was good.

it was clean, price was good and bed was very comfortable.

The safe didn’t work. reported to the staff but they done nothing. called again to see if they were coming but said they couldn’t unlock and put the phone down. There was coffee, milk and sugar but no spoon for stirring. No cool air from AC. possibly the gas is finished. There were curtain rails but no curtains in the bathroom hence water was going everywhere. Just simple little annoying things need fixing other than that it was all good.

Very convenient and pleasant stay.

It was good suite for three people. I wish there was an extra bed but couch was enough for the third one. Spacious and clean and location is very close to the Railway station. Parking facilities available which is very convenient. Very good staff. The only thing I wished better was - they don’t take international credit cards.

Not able to use my credit card as it was an international credit card.

After reached the room there was no hot water in the shower and was taken 6 hours to fixed the issue. Also notified that found hair on the bed which is belongs to previous guest. Staff not showing any kind of respect to the guest. Simply wasted our time and money.

Good and clean rooms, but needs to improve on the service.

The room size , cleanliness and the hotel location are excellent

There is no restaurant. Only room service with limited staff. Breakfast starts very late and thus not suitable for people travelling for work. Rooms not cleaned daily if not informed.

Very comfortable for family stay

Thampnoor area is a good location to stay and the suite was comfortable to stay for 3 with extra bed. The staff was helpful and it is fairly newly constructed property - so value for money.

There were minor glitches like one AC not working and some Power points, but the management changed room on informing them.

Good stay, good sleep

Looks renovated recently, situated near the rail station 5-7 minutes walking, big room, big comfortable bed, breakfast in the room. Quite in the room, good sleep

Short bedsheet, like covers only 2/3 of the bed light smell of the mold and detergent in the rooms stuff hardly speaks English

Convenient location & clean rooms.

The last minute change, suspecting vested interest :( I had booked a suite room but someone from the hotel called up few hours prior check-in and informed us that due to aircon issues in the room, they are allotting a deluxe room instead, At the time of check-in the receptionist first said another reason for the change that is, lock of the suite room is damage, after mentioning her about their previous call mentioning Aircon issue, she quickly corrected as both Aircon & Key are to be fixed :) anyway we had no other choice at that point but to accept whatever available (considering the difficulty of finding another Hotel with 2 kids, that too after a long journey). - my gut feeling is that, since it was amidst the IFFK gathering in the city, apparently there was high demand for Suite rooms so they just kicked us out for someone else ? shouldn't have happened :(

I enjoyed and was very comfortable with the facilities provided by Thamburu.

The reception staff, especially Mr. Anish, and the housekeeping team were very sincere and had a very positive attitude.

My suggestion is that all the rooms must have a comfortable wardrobe.
