The perfect stay in Trivandrum

The hotel was in a good location, close to the major spots like Padmanabhaswamy temple and the local markets. Our room was clean and comfortable. Locks on the doors were sturdy which kept us feeling secured during the stay as we were two female travellers. We opted to eat at the Easter buffet in the restaurant below and it was the best Kerala meal we've had in our whole trip. It was simply delightful! The staff was very generous and sweet. Overall it was a perfect stay and we will definitely stay in the same hotel everytime we visit. :)

Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren grundsätzlich freundlich.

Taxibestellungen waren trotz Zusicherung schwierig. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sprachen teilweise kein Englisch. Bestellungen, wie z.B. Kaffee, Tee zum Frühstück konnten schon mal dauern. Die Sauberkeit war nicht immer gegeben. Man hat sich zwar bemüht, das Ziel jedoch verfehlt.

it is a small “business” hotel with only 22 rooms and because of this there is a real sense of family with the staff.

Nice hotel with a good restaurant

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was included. We asked also for Putu, which they made specially for us and in general the restaurant food was pretty good. The rooms were nice and comfortable and provided all the basics.

We only issue we had was that the shower did not have real hot water in one of our rooms.

Horrible

It was the worst ever experience

The rooms were super dirty and smelly. We reached and checked in the hotel late at night so there were no staff even to clean the room. The bathroom did not have toiletries and the dustbin was overflowing. The bedsheets were stained. As soon as be booked the hotel room we were contacted constantly and asked to transfer the payment online even when the booking was made NO PREPAYMENT & PAY AT THE PROPERTY.

Excellent. The price is less if booked directly from the hotel website

We booked a suite for 3 adults and a baby. An extra bed was requested and allotted. It was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a bad odour which was sorted on telling the staff

Staff should need to improve their English speaking and listening skills while talking to outside customers. Communication has become bit problem apart from that they are quite friendly and helpful.

Staffs quite flexible when we mentioned tat we are not taking bf the next mrn and offered bf the mrn we arrived. That's worthy of a praise.

No hot water fr the taps coz its broken. No proper maintenance to identify. Sheets kinda off colour and the bed springs were also broken.

liked the space, the staffs were good.

no hot water even after waiting for long time warm water. lots of noises in the corridor because of the cleaning in the next room which made us so disturbed. the menu was not available for the order.

Location is convenient. Room size was good.

Housekeeping was awful. Staff untrained in processes for cleaning room and toilet. Ventilation fan in toilet inadequately designed to remove stink. No room spray made available. Repeatedly had to followup for getting any service.

Excellent location, super clean hotel

Super clean, value for money. Staff is helpful. 15 mins from the major temples of the city and has many food joints around the place. Accessibility wise, its really good.

Classical example of a good property, pathetically managed and kept unhygienic

A nice property in a prime location but badly managed.

Hygiene: Used bed sheets and towels were provided in the room. Hair, and stains all over the bed sheet and duvet cover. Upon complaining they changed the bedsheets. Apart from two small Bisleri bottles, a glass bottle filled with water was also kept for consumption. Funnily the cork was used in an inverted way and the rubber cap had microbial growth around it. The food was very bad. No taste at all. The breakfast at the restaurant was the ultimate experience. There was two hotel staff standing there on duty, they didn't even care to serve water! Most of the dishes were not edible. No live counters. All used plates were lying on the table. Not a single table was clean. Spoons and forks were used by someone and left there for the guest to use. Plates had dead flies on it. One of the staff in charge at the restaurant was stinking so much, I felt like running away from there. Ultimate disaster. I do hope that the hotel management really put some effort to improve the situation. The hotel is located at a prime location.
