Excellent hotel. Easy walk from train station with our backpacks. Room was better than I thought it would be, great bed, really clean room.

Location - withing 3 minutes walk from the train station. I arrived in the middle of the night, and after experiencing stray dogs roaming darks streets in Northern India, I was a bit worried about walking even that short distance. Unnecessarily, the street is empty but feels very safe to walk after darkness. The room was clean and well equipped.
Good South Indian breakfast but no eggs or Western coffee - would be easy to fix. Staff was quite slow and seemed uninterested.

Just the location and breakfast.
The room was very very small for the price we paid.A decent homestay type accomodation would have come with a much larger space with at least half the price.Overall cleanliness of the room, the linens used, the bath towel and the bathroom itself needs serious attention. We can clearly see the room service after a customer vacate, the room is not being done by trained professionals.In the bathroom, the glass mirror, the walls and even the light switches were dirty before we even touched them.We felt like we have overpaid for such a small room with poor amenities. Tissue paper and hair dryer were offered but nothing was provided.The hotel only have 4 allocated parking and it's questionable how they can guarantee a carpark when we pay a bit extra for the carpark if in case there are more people willing to pay for the parking.
They said the view from windows are city view but honestly this is one of the worst view I have seen from a hotel window.
