The service personal were just employees and had no happiness to do their jobs. It is like "take it if you want" The first day lunch was super and tasty. The second day lunch was ice cold, even the Suppe was not drinkable. We asked them to keep the Buffet Menus in warm temperature,but nobody was responsible to do so. They looked each other face to face and ignored our request. The service personal of the Restaurant are not supposed to stay there.
The Lunch Menus including the Suppe should be served/ready in warm condition. Dinner Menus have only little option (only a few) . The personals are busy to serve and make the VIPs happy and ignoring the laymen.

We did not have the time for Breakfast. The location is simply superb - heart of the town! The towels appeared quite old & fit for retirement! The size of the rooms very perfect !
Towels could have been better!
The building is quite old a little facelift would perhaps be in order!
The lifts could be more modern. The garden could be tended some more!
