Cet établissement a des equipements très corrects, il y a de l’eau chaude, la wifi ( variable) un plateau pour thé et café, un mobilier moderne et sympa. Le personnel est très gentil et fait du mieux possible pour résoudre les problèmes. Mais l’accueil coté responsable manque de chaleur.
Il y a un problème de l’entretien de ces équipements. L’essentiel du nettoyage est fait mais la crasse s’accumule, les éléments abîmés ne sont pas remplacés et donc il y a une possibilité de dégradation. Alors que l’installation de plomberie et d’électricité est plutôt mieux que dans beaucoup d’hôtels de cette catégorie. . En gros remplacer la literie, le linge de lit et de toilette et faire un grand ménage approfondi le transformerait en un établissement assez classe.
Et aussi coté repas et petit déjeuner c’est très basique. Et le quartier est un quartier populaire mais correct En gros il faudrait peu de choses. Peut être suis je tombée à un mauvais moment ???

The property is located nearabout Central Ooty hence everything is within reach. The specific location of the place is a bit tucked inside city lanes but that was OK.
The staff is very friendly and willing to do everything for the comfort of the guests, really had a great time albeit for a mere 24 hrs stay.
The breakfast place is too small and get very busy during peak hours. While the breakfast is buffet and decent, there may be a waiting for a table scenario, breakfast choices and organization can be slightly improved.

Room and bath was clean. The gally staff was very nice and good.reception need some improvement there communication. Since a long time no maintenance in the room.
