The property was very pleasant and the deck was very nice to relax for the afternoon
On the second night, my partner and I noticed lots of bites that were not mosquito bites. I believe we were bitten by fleas

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had a great place, spacious and clean with a beautiful terrace overlooking the 2 volcanoes on the island so that alone sells it. Breakfast was lovely. Wifi was good and they have 2 friendly dogs around.
First night we were in a different room and was full of flies/midges but you do have a netting over the bed so that helps. Would still recommend it especially the bungalows - no flies there at all.

The people working at the hotel were great. Very attentive and clearly wanted to make our stay pleasant, which they did to a great extent. The things that we will remember most were the locations very close that allowed us to experience the culture and the food.
The hotel was more like a backpackers Paradise. Anyone used to reasonable hotel accommodations will likely find this place lacking. The beds were great but the shower was horrible. It was just a pipe with very low pressure cold water coming out. The hotel needs improvement.
