النظافة والمطبخ متكامل ويوجود دورتين مياه وغسالة ملابس
عدم تجاوب صاحب الشقة وعدم الرد على الاتصالات والرسائل حيث حجزت موقف للسيارة ولم يوفره لي وكذلك ازعاج القطارات في الصباح وصعوبة الدخول للشقة الابرقم سري

La terraza.
El apartamento en general no está muy bien. Cuando moví la mesita de noche estaba sucísimo. No hay menaje. Exclusivamente seis unidades de cada cosa: cucharas, platos, vasos... e íbamos seis, con lo cual justo uno para cada uno. Había que fregar continuamente. El horno estaba muy sucio. Y ni siquiera había una balleta o paño de cocina. Tampoco encontramos escoba, recogedor o fregona. El mando de la ducha de uno de los baños estaba roto lo que dificultaba ducharse. Contratamos el parking y en dos ocasiones nos lo encontramos ocupado por otro vehículo. Es cierto que el propietario nos lo solucionó utilizando otra plaza de aparcamiento.
