KoSea Boutique Hotel

Location was perfect. We had the junior loft suite which was fantastic apart from a few minor issues which I’m sure will be resolved in time.

There was no Bar in the evening

The photos are more impressive than the hotel, which seemed in need of a lick of paint and a deep clean. Our bathroom smelt very drainy and the shower sprayed everywhere so the wood had a damp problem. On arrival our floors were dirty, but did seem to be cleaned through the trip. Breakfast was just OK, but the coffee machine was really good super quick and a lovely coffee. The staff were very helpful although other than breakfast there is no real bar or restaurant and not much interaction. It has a small gem with some basic equipment, although the air-conditioning wasn’t working so it was super hot.. The location is really good. Lots of nice restaurants close by a nice walk along the Promenade and away from the chaos of the port

Tired rooms and hard pillows. We booked two roles which were not close together. Only had two coffee pods free in the whole 3 note stay.

Very nice, quiet hotel

Check out is 11. We arrived at 1215. It took 2 hours to get a room ready for us. Seemed like they did not prioritise it. Then we got a room with a view of a wall and kitchen extractor, when we had booked a junior suite. I didn’t want the hassle of changing but they refused any rebate and instead gave us a free lunch. I wasn’t happy with this or the receptionist who gave us the bad room to start with without saying anything.

Nice place and was clean with nice food etc.

I tried to use the ironing and cleaning service. They ruined 2 tops, they did try to fix the issue however the top that was due to be sent to me to replace the 2 that were bleached has never arrived. Don't use the cleaning service
