We needed a location within easy reach of the Channel Tunnel. It was perfect. The property was excellent. It had an idyllic garden and we managed to eat breakfast outside. Most of the ingredients were locally sourced. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
On the second visit we enjoyed the 20 Euro platter in the , which was delicious and amazing value.
It was nice to have secure parking too.

Close to calais which is perfect if your just stopping over on your travels. Wouldn't recommend this location for more than just a stop over though.
Room had no ventilation, and with the shower and toilet being in the same room it is needed. Room was lovely decorated and comfortable (apart the cushions rather than pillows, shouldnt have to ask for pillows) but we felt uncomfortable due to noise. You cant walk around without making noise, the coffee machine is really loud, and no kettle so no choice but to use the machine. No sea view and it's not 5 minutes away either.
Only other concern was, we were told we couldn't get back in the building until 5 without contacting to see if the owners were home, (we stayed for 2 days) we didn't understand this. So ended parked on the road waiting to be let in.
