Location, cleanliness, equipment, beds.
There is a real problem with the building's front door. It hardly opens and the management only leaves one key for the whole group. We needed to wait for someone to come down and open the door for us - someone from the building who came down by chance or one of us who stayed inside. Very inconvenient !

This apartment was quite spacious and in a wonderful location, a few blocks from the ocean. It is in a residential neighborhood with good activity.
Three sets of separate lock boxes to get keys for different parts of the apartment. No one came to meet us in person. Everything was done by messaging. The microwave did not work and was neve replaced, despite our request.

The rooms, the position of the flat and the fact that is central located with quick access to the main local attractions. The parkings available are relatively expensive and crowded (we hardly could find a proper parking place). The street where the flat is located is not oppened to traffic (a sort of a long pedestrian plaza, with some relics displayed) but it is clean and animated. Lots of stores and restaurants/cafes nearby.
We called the owners/admins upon arrival asking for some detailed info about how to reach the location and they were not very pleased to answer (I had the distinct feeling that I am disturbing them). The keys of the appartment were not in the box (another traveler took them over, by mistake) and the owners/admins did not believe us (we had to send them pictures, to innitiate a video call and eventually wait for 15-20 minutes until the person who took them willingly came back to the appartment). These things happen, but I resented the attitude of the owners/admins, taking us for fools. When they were finally convinced that we're not inventing things, they suddenly changed tone and became very cooperative. Our stay in Thessaloniki did not start well. Anyway, probably this is just another isolated event. The flat is nice and clean. The cleaning personnel was very kind.

The apartment was very cozy, modern and comfortable. The temperature was good, maybe too hot. The potion is perfect and I appreciated that the apartment had two doors before arriving at the apartment and make you feel safe.
On the website of the apartment there written that they give you slippers but the owner said that it was not true. One of the two TVs does not work, only one channel. Many lights did not work (in the room and in the bathroom). The washing machine was very noisy and moved and we thought it could fall on the toilet and break it. The worst thing was that the main door was broken and you could not enter because the key did not turn and it happened every time we went out. We called the owner to ask him various information and he was rude.
