There is an outside area, bed was comfortable and it was quiet
Bathroom and toilet floors need serious cleaning and disinfecting. There is a missing glass door in the bathroom, therefore the floor is always wet no matter how much efforts one puts to be careful. Every day morning or night there was a nasty smell in the toilet coming from the drain which was a mixture of sewage and cooking smells. I had to use the washer once and it can only heat up to 30 C-that can’t be too hygienic when washing towels or bed linens that are used by multiple people. Also there were holes in the towels. I am sorry but those can be replaced, it doesnt cost a fortune

Place was clean and location was very good. It's a bit out of the city which we didn't mind. Is close between two metro stations though and has a shopping centre and square of restaurants within a couple of mins walk.
There is a washing machine but no dryer. Don't worry though there is a laundrette round the corner to dry what you wash.
Although there is a decent kitchen there was no tea bags, coffee, sugar, laundry tablets. Things that are usually in a rental and make things a little easier. We did buy and leave these items for future guests.
Bathroom & shower room hold a musky smell. Towels aren't replaced or room hoovered as standard after two or three days. (Facility only available after 7 unless paid for)
