The private beach and the garden was as described. We had some nice quiet days there.
In Argalasti there is an olive tasting place.
Be prepared.
The short road that gps gives is a trap. It has a steep incline that a normal car will not manage. Take the longer route toward Argalasti.
The cleanliness leaves to be desired.
The shower head was busted and leaking, the host promised to replace, but it never happened.
The 3 rooms apartment has only one small A/C.
The host makes a point that he does _not_ provide toilet paper and cleaning consumables, bring your own, you are far from a convenience store.
The provided bed sheets and pillows were not up to par, we have used our own.

A wonderful place to stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making us feel at home from the very first moment.
The studio we stayed in was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the large terrace with its magnificent view – the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a peaceful evening.
And the sunsets were simply magical! Watching the sun go down from the terrace was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
A perfect combination of warm hospitality, comfort, cleanliness, and beautiful views. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it!
The only thing I didn’t like was that my stay was too short — I really didn’t want to leave! 😊

The location is wonderful, with a great view over the entire gulf of Volos, an immediate access to a small private beach and a two to five minutes walk to three other beaches in the surroundings. The bay water is very clean, clear, and has almost no waves, hence it is perfectly suitable for small children.
There is actually nothing to complain about, but there is a detail that can change the perspective. The villa has several rooms and apartments, we booked the biggest one which is large enough for a big family and has all facilities one might need. However, the wifi only works properly in the living room.

Good location. Both sides of the peninsula are easily accessible. 5 minutes walk to two nice taverns. The area is very beautiful.
The owner was also kind when we reported some of the issues. He brought us the kitchen utensils that were missing immediately.
The apartment was very dirty. There were few towels. No bath mat and no dish towels in the kitchen. The sheets were not cotton and, in my opinion, not comfortable. There was no toilet paper and other essential items were missing.
Very few kitchen utensils. The pots were old and in poor condition. Air conditioning only in the kitchen, which doesn’t cool the bedrooms in one apartment and in only one bedroom in the other apartment. The mosquito net in the small bedroom was unusable. The shower was broken, with missing glass panels and a shower head that leaked everywhere. If the house were clean and had a few improvements, it would make a big difference.
