The cottage is comfortable, warm, extremely clean and manages to fit everything one needs in a relatively small house. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and quick to reply to my questions. The sea is a stone’s throw away, and Felpham and the beach are lovely. We had some excellent meals (the Lobster Pot and The Fox Inn), and it is only about half an hour’s drive to Goodwood.
Nothing, really. It is tucked away and would have been tricky to find, had we not been given excellent instructions. There is no parking at the house but there is a little car park very close by.

Such a lovely cosy cottage loved the secret path down to the beach, it was well equipped with everything you needed, clean and fresh my granddaughter loved the safe gated garden to play in. Lynn was so helpful on the phone trying to find it as it's tucked away.
You can't park your car outside the property but can park very short distance and it seems perfectly safe .

The property was self catering and the kitchen was very well equipped and made the experience home from home. There was a good gas powered BBQ and nice patio area with sun canopy. The property was ideal for our group.
The TV reception wasn't good so had to use personal TV accounts for entertainment on the odd occasion we used the TV.

Lovely property so close to the sea..it was great! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and 'the lobster pot'. My daughter was keen to take a stroll to see the sea in the dark which we did as it was so convenient. Clean and cozy cottage but lots of natural light coming in. I loved opening the doors and letting the air flow through. Private garden which was nice. Would stay here again if visiting this area.
