Unwürdig bei fast 200 €/Nacht bezogen auf d. Gesamtpreis. Somit keine Empfehlung. Kein "Traumurlaub"
- Gute Raumaufteilung
- Ruhige Lage
- Sehr schnelles Internet
- Einkauf in der Nähe
- Kurze Wege zu anderen Orten
Ausstattung:
- Küchenausstattung zu gering (keine Kochlöffel, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker)
- Der Flaschenöffner ist unbrauchbar (zu billig und defekt)
- kein Eisfach
- Zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck
- 2x Geschirrspüler-Tabs für 7 Tage viel zu wenig
- Mini-Mülleimer und keine Ersatz-Mülltüten
- Keine Seifenspender (obwohl angekündigt), stattdessen Hotelseife ohne Ablage
- Billig-Toilettenpapier, das förmlich zerfällt, wenn man es anfasst
- Kein vernünftiger Handtuchhalter im Toilettenraum.
- Ein Staubsauger aus der Hölle (kein Kabelroller, Saugleistung nicht variabel, Saugleistung ungenügend)
- Kein Wischzubehör (wenn mal was verschüttet wird)
- Keine Rauchmelder!! (Pflicht in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern seit 2010 - Ordnungswidrigkeit!)
Sauberkeit:
- mehrere Fenster mit Aufkleberresten (noch vom Einbau)
- Staub unter den Betten und in den Ecken
- Alte Socken und viel Dreck unter dem Teppich im Wohnzimmer
- Viele Spinnweben und Ameisen
- Teilweise Setzungsrisse an den Decken
- Das kaputte Plissee scheint schon länger defekt - der Hinweiszettel ist schon vergilbt
- Die Baumverankerung auf dem Rasen liegt lose herum
- Ungepflegter Rasen (verbrannt, Hunde-Pinkel-Flecken)
Allgemein
- Kurtaxe erst nach Buchung bekanntgegeben und zusätzlich abgerechnet - das kann man auch besser in der Anzeige darstellen.
- Nervige Dreifach-Emails via Booking.com
- Sehr enge Parkplatzzufahrt (wenigstens das Schild rechts vor den Parkplätzen nach hinten versetzen, damit man besser rangieren kann. Direkt von der Straße kommt man nicht auf den Parkplatz ohne Beschädigungen).
- Ein Sichtschutz zwischen den beiden Häusern wäre nett - man guckt sich gegenseitig auf den Esstisch und lässt so den ganzen Tag die Plissees oben.
- Vielleicht ein paar Kissen auf der Couch?
Fazit: Es wird an Pfennig-Artikeln gespart (Geschirrtabs, Seife, Toilettenpapier, Rauchmelder, ...). Sauberkeit mit viel Luft nach oben.
