The room was basic but clean and functional, with all the facilities that I needed, including washing machine, cooker and microwave. The bed was comfortable.
The communication with the management company was excellent and they kept in touch throughout my stay, to ensure that everything was ok.
The location was perfect - a few minutes walk from the port area and the downtown. It was next door to a supermarket and surrounded by lively restaurants and bars.
Overall, it was a perfect experience and I would definitely stay here again.
My only comment would be that the 10am check out time was early and meant that i had a long wait until my flight. Even extending it by 1 hour to 11am would make a big difference.
The management agency have informed me that they would be willing to consider a late check out, if there is no other booking for that day.

Мне понравилось расположение, рядом с отличным рынком, сама студия уютная, удобный диван-кровать, очень чисто, очень приятное чистое белое белье как в отелях и чистые белые полотенца, на кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления еды и в самой квартире удивительно на небольшом пространстве разместились и шкаф для одежды, и обеденный стол и сушилка для белья. Общение с менеджерами оперативное и приветливое.
Когда я заехала, отопление было выключено и мне понадобилось пару дней, чтобы она согрелась, было очень холодно, я жутко перемерзла в первые дни и в последующие дни кондиционер на обогрев работал хорошо, но то ли потому что квартира на первом этаже, в ней все равно было все время свежо.

There were A LOT of mosquitoes inside the apartment. There was also A LOT of tiny moths on the front door of the apartment as well as all over the property. Tiny moths usually grow / reside in dirty places, so this says a lot about the overall hygiene of the property.
