A beautiful terrace overlooking the sea characterize this spacious apartment on the first floor of a villa on the waterfront east (pedestrian) Donnalucata. From the living room and the kitchen is a wonderful sight in all seasons.
The apartment, equipped with INDEPENDENT HEATING, has a large kitchen, large living room, master bedroom and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, chairs and dining table allows you to live outdoors.
50 meters is the beach, partly rocky, partly (for more than 2 km) sandy and free use.
At 300 meters it is the center of the village with bars, pizzeria, creperie, a few shops and services essential.
A few miles away the baroque towns, UNESCO: Scicli (6km), Modica (15 km), Ragusa Ibla (25 km), Noto (40 km) and the archaeological sites of Syracuse, Pantalica and Piazza Armerina, Agrigento is 3 hour drive.
The port of Pozzallo is far 20 km, so it's possible to reach Malta by catamaran in less than 2 hours.

appartement spacieux,très lumineux,avec une terrasse directement sur la mer. Pour qui aime la voir et l'entendre, c'est merveilleux. Bien situé pour visiter Ragusa et les autres villes baroques et revenir au calme. L'accueil et les gentilles attentions de Carmela sont très agréables.

Die Wohnung im 1. Stock ist wie beschrieben: geräumig, 2 Duschbäder, große Terrasse, beste Lage (direkt am Strand + Ort) und sehr sauber.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung mit diesem traumhaften Ausblick rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen !!! Schade nur, dass wir das 3. Schlafzimmer nicht nutzen konnten. Das Schlafsofa war nicht wirklich bequem.
Es wäre schön, wenn auch dort 2 Einzelbetten stehen würden, dann wäre alles perfekt. Das Leben und Wohnen in Donnalucata war für uns 3 eine wunderschöne Erfahrung.

abbiamo trovato la casa bellissima, luminosa, molto spaziosa ed ampia e con una vista da sogno. Sembra di stare su una nave, con il mar mediterraneo incantevole ed azzurro a pochissimi metri, in stile Montalbano. La terrazza poi è splendida,i proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, persone squisite. La casa ha una posizione centrale ed invidiabile, ottimo infine il rapporto qualità prezzo.
