This apartment is one of at least three units situated in a spacious courtyard, each with its own entrance door. Everything was as described.
The apartment includes a kitchen/diner area with a breakfast bar, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, and a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Located on the top of a hill overlooking Eszergom, adjacent to the city walls, the apartment enjoys a quiet setting. Steps provide access to ground level, and parking is available nearby for those arriving by car. A bus stop at ground level offers a 12‑minute journey to the train station, or it is a 20‑minute walk.
If you arrive by foot with luggage, switch your phone’s map app to “drive” mode after disembarking the bus. This will prevent you from having to carry your luggage up the widely spaced steps—though you should still be prepared for a few steep climbs.
A 20‑minute walk will bring you to a supermarket, while the Basilica and Castle Museum are within a 15‑minute walk. Numerous restaurants are also within a 10‑minute stroll.
The host was very proactive, always inquiring whether everything was satisfactory when he saw you.
During my stay, the shower cubicle developed a water leak. The host made a temporary repair, which was helpful. He informed me that he would arrange for a professional to completely reseal it after my departure.
Personally, I dislike breakfast bars because I find the seats lack support, and the bar area is usually either narrow or small, often both. However, I found that while the seats still lacked support, the bar area in this place was larger than usual.
Prospective guests should also be aware that several nearby houses have dogs, which tend to bark when anyone walks past.

The apartment was spotless, spacious, well-equipped and in a beautiful, peaceful hilltop location, Fabulous views from out the front and just a ten minute walk to the basilica and to the town centre.
The mattress on the bed was hard.

Very peaceful accommodation on Szent Tamás Hill, where is a beautiful view of the Esztergom Basilica, the castle, the Danube, Štúrovo, and the Maria Valeria Bridge. The apartment was beautiful, newly furnished, stylish, and very comfortable, with great attention paid to functional details. Everything we needed was available; the equipment was rather above standard, the beds were comfortable, and the bedding was of high quality. A great advantage was the ability to regulate the temperature separately in each room, and thanks to the heating and cooling in the walls and floor, the inside of the house was always very pleasant. Next bonus was the smaller raised terrace with seating and a parasol. Free parking was available directly in front of the house, and our later arrival with the access code sent in advance went completely smoothly. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, and communication with him was excellent. It was clear that he truly cared about the comfort of his guests. Overall, the accommodation exceeded our expectations. We are happy to recommend it and would definitely be glad to return.

Velmi klidné ubytování na kopci Svatého Tomáše kde je nádherný výhled na ostřihomskou baziliku, hrad, Dunaj, Štúrovo a most Márie Valérie. Apartmán byl krásný, nově zařízený, stylový a velmi pohodlný, s velkým důrazem na funkční detaily.
K dispozici bylo vše, co jsme potřebovali, vybavení bylo spíše nadstandardní, postele pohodlné a lůžkoviny kvalitní.
Velkou výhodou byla možnost regulace teploty v každé místnosti zvlášť a díky topení a chlazení ve stěnách a podlaze bylo uvnitř domu vždy velice příjemně. Příjemným bonusem byla menší vyvýšená terasa s posezením a slunečníkem.
Parkování bylo možné zdarma přímo před domem a pozdější příjezd se zaslaným vstupním kódem proběhl naprosto bez problémů. Pan majitel byl velmi vstřícný a ochotný. Bylo znát, že mu na pohodlí hostů opravdu záleží. Celkově ubytování předčilo naše očekávání. S potěšením doporučujeme.
