One of the cleanest and nicest places we’ve stayed in a long time

Pleasant

Breakfast was good even though I got up at 9am not knowing that's when breakfast ended.

I was charged once which was right then two separate charges when I only stayed ONE night. Been on and off the phone waiting for my refunds!!

Overall a pretty good stay. Great breakfast, they had different thing during the week. Room was good.

The internet would not work no matter what I tried. And there were very limited channels on the tv.

Hot breakfast and comfortable bed

Dirty, food still in refrigerator. All cups had been removed from the plastic and were used. Hair in shower and on floor

We will never come here again

The AC/Heating works, that's it.

Everything, the people's demeanor, the nasty rooms (we were moved 3 times when we got here due to nasty rooms), the lack of cleanliness and having to ask for our room to be cleaned, the misleading email stating we would have complimentary wine/beer (not a big deal), I asked staff to not pet my black dog and they tried anyway, no pet area (not a big deal), we paid on Booking.com and they tried to recharge the full amount again upon arrival, we paid pet fee upon arrival and 5 days later they tried to hit us with the pet fee again and did not believe we paid until the receipt was shown and proof of the purchase on the card bank statement, the rating was pretty high but I would not give it more than a 1.

Superb

Nice clean rooms. Pretty good breakfast. There is a small stove top in the room so you can cook. Dishes included. It sets right between a gas station and Dollar Tree/Family Dollar. Grocery store not far down the road. Decent size showers, bathroom has a sliding privacy door. They offer a beer while checking in at certain parts of the day.
