First stay here because our usual hotel wasnt available. Firstly, going to the hallway to our room, there were bags of garbage and piles of towels outside various rooms. I do realize that this is an "extended stay" facility but the overall first impression wasn't good. Entering the room, it was stifling hot as the heater was cranked up, -( afain I realize its winter with subzero temps). This, however, made it difficult to sleep even with the air conditioner on.
The hot water was lukewarm at best, even with the faucet all the way on hot. The mirror was dirty in the bathroom and the wooden frame around the mirror had was damaged-again, not impressed. Housekeeping knocked on the door right at 11:00, check out time which I've never had happen.
I don't usually leave reviews, but felt it was important just to give other travelers information. I picked this hotel based on so many positive reviews and I was disappointed. I will explore other hotels in the future, if our regular hotel isn't available before considering this one.

The room was nice and roomy. I stayed there 7 nights, and the room never got cleaned. The breakfast was good and had good variety. I would stay there again

Our stay was very nice. Staff was very helpful when I had problems trying to get ahold of my son in another room. The room was very comfortable, clean and roomy. We would definitely stay there again when in the area.

When we checked in it was late but the lady was sitting in the breakfast spot not even paying attention, she see’s us standing and waiting at the front desk and finally catches on. She asks us if we’re checking in and we clearly are because we have bags. She said something about us calling before showing up. Then she gave us a room and someone was already sleeping in there. Then we got a new room on the third floor just to go back to the front desk to redo our card because it wouldn’t work.
House keeping woke us up way earlier then our check out time. We tried to sleep in because we got in super late. They should wait until check out time or after to knock and try and come in.
Room was cozy though and we got a good sleep. AC blew cold air, shower was good. Would stay here again.

The place was newer and really nice. Beds were super comfortable but the pills were a bit hard. Everything was great except the front office folks were not what I expected. The gal who checked us in and out seemed to be less than thrilled and the gentleman who was there in the afternoon was busy sitting with his feet up. Not really professional.

I was pleasantly surprised by the upscale feeling of this hotel. Easy access and perfect location for my needs. Wonderful room! I'll stay here again :-)

They were so kind to let us check in early as we had food for a family gathering that needed to be refrigerated... SO KIND!!

All the staff was really friendly and very helpful. The Inn was clean and breakfast was good. It just seemed to us that the staff where on shift for a very long time, they should make their shifts a little shorter, so they do not burn their employees out. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

Hotels.com did a wonderful part on this reservation. However the hotel made me pay for this stay even though I paid through Hotel.com site. The front desk was a nightmare and had no idea on how to fix the mess up they created and how to credit my card. Motel bills slide under doors stating no payments were made for the stay and now a bill needs to be paid. I don’t know how they are checking people in and then turning around with another bill for the stay. Hotel.com ended up refunding my reservation with a $75 credit coupon.
The motel has no cleaning service while I stayed at the motel the whole two weeks my company stayed in the motel.
This place is a nightmare. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

This is a very nice and new hotel in an area whose government buildings have obviously benefited from oil money. The hotel is dog friendly and breakfast was provided and above average for a hotel.

It was the last day before they close for several months. The bed was not made. Bedding was set on bed. I installed the bed sheets. Towels was just stacked and not placed on rack.

All-in-all our stay was very pleasant. We were treated warmly, parking was adequate, and the hotel was not far from restaurants and gas stations. Our only difficulty was finding the hotel because there's no visible signage from the highway.

Thought it was nice to start out but got to my room everything was unpluged ,tv was so dirty we had to clean it and we forund roaches in our room ,we will never stay there again !
