Emplacement parfait. Monza très sympa. Il était facile de se déplacer au lac de Côme et à Milan depuis Monza. L'appartement était très confortable et bien entretenu.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a perfect location right in the heart of Monza's old town, within walking distance of everything.
It was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The building has a lift, which was very convenient with luggage. The air conditioning was excellent during the hot weather, and the bottles of cold water waiting for us in the fridge were a lovely and thoughtful touch.
Communication with the host was great and check-in was very easy.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Monza.
The only thing we missed was an iron, but apart from that, everything was perfect. Cannot wait to come back!

La position : l'appartement est au centre de Monza. On a apprécié aussi les photos de l'annonce !
Un plongeon dans les années 70. On ouvre la porte d'entrée et on se croit en 1975 ! Mais à part cela : des gestionnaires invisibles — comme c'est désormais souvent le cas — mais inébranlables dans leurs convictions, au point de douter de la véracité de ce qu'on leur dit. À notre arrivée, nous n'avons trouvé dans l'appartement ni papier toilette ni savon pour la douche ; quand nous le leur avons signalé — après nous avoir écrit que cela leur semblait étrange — ils nous ont fourni, après avoir consulté la propriétaire !, le savon (deux euros au supermarché) et un rouleau de papier toilette. Ils ont manifestement des problèmes de budget : nous leur en avons donc laissé un à notre tour. Ils se présentent comme gestionnaires de plusieurs appartements, mais le service n'a rien de la conciergerie professionnelle : draps Ikea colorés et non repassés ; serviettes de récupération de la propriétaire. En outre, dans cet appartement des années '70, le carrelage de la cuisine est cassé à plusieurs endroits ; les murs sont écaillés par endroits ; l'appartement est bricolé, même si un bon choix architectural a été fait pour les couleurs des murs et quelques travaux minimes ; mais en regardant de plus près, on aperçoit le fauteuil, si vintage que le tissu en est déchiré… Quoi qu'il en soit, l'appartement est sombre et triste. Un petit salon-entrée avec un lit et une chambre, le tout avec vue sur le parking, et l'impression très nette d'être « chez quelqu'un » qui aurait simplement retiré ses affaires, remplacé ce qu'on ne pouvait vraiment pas laisser et fait prendre des photos par un excellent photographe ! Le logement ne correspond pas à ce que les photos en montrent, les gestionnaires sont invisibles et manifestement soucieux de la recette, pas des hôtes qu'ils accueillent. /Un tuffo negli anni '70.
