The house is big enough to fit 4 adults and 6 kids. One room was for 4 kids with the bunk bed where we fit 2 kids on the top level and 2 kids on the bottom level. The swimming pool was the highlight of the staying for kids. The location is very convenient. You have all required facilities: supermarket, ice cream shop and bouncy castle just in 5 mins walk. It was very useful to break the evenings. The air conditioning was very nice during the hot August summer to cool down. Big flatscreen tv in the living room is the highlight for the older kids in the evenings.
The downside of this house was that the bathrooms had some water leakage. In both bathrooms, water from the showers would spill onto the floor, which was quite inconvenient, and the drains also got blocked.
But this was actually our third apartment on the island, and we had exactly the same problem in the previous two. So maybe it’s simply an issue with the drainage systems in Sardinia in general. 😅

We loved the property. Lovely swimming pool that was used extensively. Great outdoor shower. 15min easy walk to a beautiful beach even with pram and 3yr old. Beach umbrellas available. Lots of different shady options for sitting outside so plenty of space around the house . 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so great for our stay which comprised of 3 generations. 5 min walk to fantastic supermarket, restaurants, cafes and night markets. Great communication with host.
Only one little chopping board for preparing food. Not enough if you are cooking at home.
Needs more hooks for hanging up towels.

We had a great week in Villa Marisa. The accommodation was spacious and clean, exactly as on the pictures and good functioning WiFi. Also the location is perfect, close to various nice restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Host Michele is great, he answered quickly on questions we had before and during our stay. We would definitely go back!
