Central location for Cromer , 10 mins walk to the beach . Large rooms , Very comfortable beds . Fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom . Hot tub , garden, clean . Happy holiday makers 🥳

The location was superb, with just a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach.
Loved the hot tub.
The proximity to Iceland - if you are a light sleeper don’t stay here! You’ll be woken up early in the morning with vans loading up, or Iceland’s flood lights lighting up the room in the middle of the night .
Cleanliness - the house didn’t feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sofas were dirty, the sofa bed mattress had stains on. We had to unclog the shower as water wasn’t running down the drain and it looked like it hadn’t been done in sometime (another customer reported having to do the same - pretty gross!). We couldn’t use the bbq as it was filthy. The outside bins were overflowing and there was rubbish all over the drive when we arrived.
There were other things, such as lack of plug sockets throughout the house. It just didn’t feel like the property had been lived in and properly thought through by the owners.
The pictures are quite deceptive - it looks much bigger downstairs than it actually is, including the outside space.
