Foarte frumos și liniștit. Am fost 3 ani in aceeași locație. Voi reveni cu siguranță.

Apartamentul are vedere frontală la piscina, se vede si marea in capătul complexului. Este amenajat cu gust, probabil de designer. Spatios, balcon mare. Are chicineta dotată cu tot ce ai nevoie.

Mobilierul pe terasa prezintă uzură destul de mare, la fel și canapeaua din living. Nu se asigură curatenie și schimbarea lenjeriei sau a prosoapelor indiferent de mărimea sejurului decat contracost, acest fapt trebuia specificat in anunț si in interiorul apartamentului. Este la etajul 3/3 fara lift, poate fi o problema daca ai probleme locomotorii sau bagaje multe, consider ca trebuia specificat în anunț.

Singurul lucru negativ este faptul ca este la ultimul etaj. Chiar si asa are copertina pe terasa si astfel poti sta afara cand e soare.

Totul la superlativ, un apartament foarte modern și dotat cu tot ce este necesar, o terasă mare și frumoasă cu vedere la mare. Cu siguranță revin și recomand cu toată increderea.
