Was very pleasant and the home owners were super sweet

I wa really disappointed with the lack of working facilities and the fact that no one wanted to even try and help. I sp

It was clean.

There was not toaster in a self container apartment took 2 days to arrive, the dryer never worked waited for days for someone to come and look at it or even offer to dry the clothes. No clothes rack to even try to dry the clothes x we stayed 6 night and could not dry any clothes we had washed. Did not have this problem at any other place in the U K. There was no plug to wash dishes and only 3 plates and 3 bowls so not enough plates to put in the dish washer. One wine glass and one champagne glass. There was no tea or milk. The fridge froze milk I bought and drinks so could not buy fresh produce for the fridge so cooking in the apartment was not possible, cheese was freezing. I have gave up texting the owners after they didn’t help with the dryer as I was picking my battles. I paid to have the functions of an appartments which were not functional so I may as well have been in a hotel. The area was very noisey. It was like sleeping in a tent. I stayed in central London and Europe in other places that were on Booking.com and they were functional appartments, if there was an issue the staff helped or sorted it straight away, nothing is perfect but you can try and if you nail most things people won’t complain.

Está muy céntrico, cerca del metro. Es un lugar pequeño pero con todas las comodidades para cocinar y lavar. Está perfecto para dos personas. Además, estaba muy limpio y siempre estuvieron atentos a responder nuestras consulta

El alojamiento no cuenta con ascensor. Tuvimos que subir y bajar cuatro pisos por escalera con todas las maletas, lo cual fue bastante cansado
