Urlaub, wie man ihn sich wünscht.

Da wir schon vor 30 Jahren und immer wieder mal dieses Haus gemietet haben, ist es ja klar, dass uns das Eckhaus, das abends noch Sonne auf der großen Terasse hat, und direkt an eineWiese anschließt, sehr gut gefällt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass das Haus renoviert wurde und völlig neu eingerichtet wurde. Sehr schön und geschmackvoll.

Da fällt mir fast nichts ein. Vielleicht eine Kleinigkeit. Es könnte etwas mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein, sodass man nicht so oft die Spülmaschine nutzen muss. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau

Ostsee Top, Unterkunft Flop!

Die Lage nah zur Ostsee. Ein paar Gehminuten und man konnte die Füße ins Wasser tauchen.

Die Buchungsinformationen ließen nicht erkennen, dass sämtliche Abläufe über eine externe Hausverwaltung erfolgen. Eine im Gesamtpreis enthaltene Servicegebühr wurde nicht transparent erläutert, was zu Verwirrung über die Zuständigkeiten führte. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe war die Wohnung nicht vollständig gereinigt. Angesichts einer Reinigungsgebühr von 130 € erwarten wir eine tadellose Sauberkeit – diese wurde nicht erfüllt. Irritierend war zudem, dass laut Hausordnung verlangt wurde, die Unterkunft in eben jenem Zustand zu hinterlassen, inklusive Reinigung und Abwasch. Der Umgang mit Gästen entsprach leider nicht den Erwartungen. Ein gemeldeter Defekt sollte eigenständig durch uns behoben werden, was für zahlende Gäste nicht akzeptabel ist. Darüber hinaus wurde uns kein zweiter Wohnungsschlüssel ausgehändigt, der von der Reinigungsfirma behalten wurde, was zu einem Gefühl der Unsicherheit führte. Für Personen mit Hausstauballergie ist diese Unterkunft ausdrücklich nicht zu empfehlen. Die Schlüsselrückgabe erfolgte begleitet von einer herablassenden Bemerkung, die den insgesamt enttäuschenden Eindruck unterstrich. Fazit: Aufgrund der beschriebenen Mängel und des unprofessionellen Umgangs werden wir diese Unterkunft nicht erneut buchen.
