Az apartman elhelyezkedése csodaszép. Minden tökéletes volt. Hűvös idő volt még érkezéskor ezért befűtötték a nappalit 😇 Negyedszerre szálltunk meg itt 2 év alatt. Köszönjük szépen. Jövőre is jövünk 🥰

Locatia este excelenta daca nu va place inghesuiala. Terasa chiar daca (mai nou) este la comun, este foarte mare. Bucataria este utilata corespunzator, frigiderul are dimensiuni potrivite si congelatorul la fel. Locul de parcare rezervat apartamentului este un plus bine venit. Piscina interioara de dimensiuni generoase.
Noul sistem de acces controlat (cu un cip RFID) ar fi ok, daca numarul acestor cipuri (proxi ii spunea gazda) ar fi egal cu numarul musafirilor. Sa ai doar unul este foarte frustrant, adica orice activitate trebuie sa o faci in grup. Eram la piscina (si acolo accesul se face controlat) si a trebuit sa ies pana afara in holul cladirii, sa permit accesul celorlalti doi membri ai grupului in cladire, asta fiind total aiurea. :-(
Pana anul trecut, terasa comuna a celor doua apartamente ce au asa ceva, era departita cu un paravan retractabil ce in prezent este demontat. Asta te face sa te simti pe terasa ca la un restaurant, unde poti vedea ce are in farfurie vecinul si ce fel de bere bea. Vecinii de deasupra foarte multi (5) si foarte zgomotosi (bun, asta nu e vina gazdei, dar poate se face ceva in sensul acesta, adica niste reguli care chiar sa se aplice, nu doar pe hartie)

Páčila sa mi súkromná pláž. Nemáme radi preplnené pláže, toto nám vyhovovalo. Super bola možnosť využitia bazéna.
Chýbal mi vysávač na apartmáne a gauč na terase bol špinavý, takže sme ho nevyužívali. Nedostali sme dostatočné informácie o tom, že zvyšok obyvateľov domu sú sukromní vlastníci a všetky voľnočasové potreby ako badleboardy,člny,nafukovačky nie sú určené pre nájomcov apartmánov. Dozvedeli sme sa to až po opýtaní a samotní obyvatelia domu nemajú kvôli tomu dobré skúsenosti s nájomcovi. Túto informáciu by bolo potrebné uviesť, aby sa predišlo konfliktom.

Der Ausblick auf den See auf der Dachterrasse war grandios. Der hauseigene Pool hat den Kindern auch gut gefallen. Der eigene Wasserzugang mit gepflegter Wiese war auch top. Der eigene Parkplatz innerhalb der Anlage war ebenfalls nützlich. Optisch schöne Einrichtung der Wohnung.
Das Bad hat den ganzen Aufenthalt widerlich nach stickender Gülle gerochen und trotz Wasser laufen lassen, WC Reiniger und Raumduft blieb der Gestank. Keine Hilfe vom Vermieter. Zudem gab es Ameisen, die Betten waren echt hart (hatten jeden Tag Rückenprobleme), unscharfe Messer, teilweise unsauberes Geschirr und Töpfe, Klimaanlage hat kaum merklich geblasen, WC-Spülung teilweise defekt. Und alles schon etwas abgewohnt, leider.
Einige Basics waren, wie beschrieben, nur ungenügend, was den Aufenthalt dann weniger erholsam werden ließ.
