La situation du logement est parfaite pour rayonner et voir plusieurs sites magnifiques à très courte distance.
La maison est spacieuse et la literie très confortable.
La communication avec la propriétaire était fluide et les indications claires.
Il serait bien de changer les ustensiles de cuisine (poêles et casseroles) qui sont usés.
Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de salon de jardin alors que l'espace le permet.

A very spacious house, lot's of room, huge TV and X box.
The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including towels and a washing machine.
The house was clean and tidy when we arrived and cleaning products are available to use if needed.
Huge dining room with table and chairs.
Electric point to charge your car if needed on the front of the house.
Easy to access and to let your self in when you check in.
Host easy to contact and very friendly via messaging on here.
Close to the City Centre of Swansea and local smaller shops.
Perfect location to explore the Gower Peninsula, waterfalls and castles.
A quiet location but be prepared for the sea gulls - noisy sods lol lol
**I would advise you to bring an extension lead for the bedrooms if you have a few things to plug in**
The drive is narrow and we had a small car, we ended up parking on the road side outside the house.
Garden could do with a bit of TLC, it's a huge garden and a shame no patio furniture or BBQ was in it to use but that's just my opinion.
We didn't find the house was within walking distance of a beach or the Marina however there is a lot of beaches close by via car.

Beds - the most important thing to us - were super comfortable and the bedrooms were large.
The host was brilliant - very quick to respond to questions with friendly informative replies.
Cooker was easy to use and worked well (we've stayed in other places where the cooker hasn't been great and it's messed up our meal plans).
Kitchen was very well equipped with a large variety of cookware in addition to ample plates, cups, glasses etc.
Spacious dining room
Large comfortable sofas so we could all relax together in front of the massive TV in the evenings.
Parking out on the road was easy (the drive it quite narrow but a smaller car would easily fit on).
Separate toilet and shower room, and the toilet room was very small.
A variety scents as we moved between rooms which was a bit strange.
Through absolutely no fault of the host, the checkout time on booking.com was incorrect so we were still packing our bags when the cleaners arrived. It made for an uncomfortable and rushed departure.

Rooms are spacious, kids love the living room with the game console and huge TV. Host is very responsive and even send my kids some treats.
Kitchen pots and utensils need replacements.
