Recommended, GO!!!

The place is really realy nice and beautiful. It has quiet a big pool. Except for the closest 7/11 there isn't something close to by walking, But once you get your bike you're set to go everywhere. You have beaches that take only 5 minutes to drive to and the center is also couple of minutes drive. The most important thing is the staff. Min who works there was really helpful. As soon as you meet him he gives you his phone number so you can contact him directly. Min even took me to a great place to rent a bike and he even helped me to move to another place and also then - he took me there! Also he gave me some good recommendations about places to visit.

Qwerty , relaxing and memorable

The complex had a great vibe that was both homely and comfortable.

The outside kitchen and Sala made for some great relaxing evenings .

Todo bien

Entorno verde, piscina, un parque en el interior con bungalows donde pude practicar yoga tranquilamente. Espacios modernos y limpios, muy cómoda y agradable. El personal me llevó al puerto por un muy buen precio en moto. Cerca del seveneleven.

Un poquito retirado de la playa, pero fueron días de mal tiempo así que no me importó

Facilities good, miss communication with 1 member of staff.

Very clean. Good facilities. Staff willing to help when needed. Bedding and towels smell clean.

No air con in main room. Staff didn’t ask us for our booking name but rather asked me to point out which villa it was that I was supposed to be staying in (how was I meant to know I didn’t know what the inside of the villas looked like) - I explained 3 people so they took us to the villa, set us down and we were confused as this didn’t look like the one we booked so they then asked our name, came back and told me I told them the wrong details it was my fault and we need to move. Apart from that they were nice and willing to help whenever we needed them via WhatsApp, just a strange first impression.

Worst stay ever in Thailand

The hotel is in a disastrous state and does not at all correspond to the photos. The owner is based in England: we spoke to him on the phone, and he was extremely aggressive and threatening. He was shouting at his employees and us on the phone. The rooms are old and dirty. The pool is filthy and very small. This is the biggest scam we've seen after 4 stays in Thailand. You will find much better options nearby.

The place in general is authentic and comfortable Pong, the peaceful maintenance guy, it's been simply fantastic, gentle and always available A star more for the motorbike service right inside of the structure with prices really competitive Definitely come back

Not sure how to feel about this place

The room was relatively clean and we had access to our own kitchen facilities, bike rental’s available when checking in. Good Wi-Fi

Unfortunately I didn’t feel this place was up to the standard advertised , the staff spoke barley any English and were not really about to ask questions or grab extra toilet roll. The pool like reviews state is very catfish vibes and I went in briefly and felt like it was quite unclean and unsafe (not real pool tiles, so many were sharp) No room clean option and on the second night we found a huge cockroach in our room when we had all windows and doors shut which was a bit gross Location was also very far from amenities which if you have a bike or way of getting bout is fine but not many taxis pass that way Uncomfy bed that was very used

Great spacious modern apartment complex in Koh Phangan

I absolutely loved this property! After travelling for a while you start to feel like you really need some common spaces and a space that is big. Aqua suites is a great apartment complex. It looks great, the pool is really nice to swim in and the common areas make it feel really spacious which is what we were looking for. Min is a gem in Koh phangan, he helped us with all sorts of things, if you need to know anything about this island, where to buy something etc he’s your guy. He’s so kind and tried to resolve everything professionally.

We had two issues. One with the electricity in the first apartment and one with the aircon on the second apartment. The problems were resolved with min and the owner and he did the right thing by deducting from the full amount paid.

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again if we return to koh Panghan

apartment was very clean and spacious. The two pools were huge and very relaxing! the complex felt very private and the staff were really lovely and accommodating.

It isn’t in the centre of a town but we didn’t really mind as it was very cheap to get a songthaew around the island or bikes!

Wonderful long stay at Aqua Suites

Ideally located for my YTT, Aqua suites offers a cosy and private place with the comfort you need (AC, fully equipped kitchen, room cleaned every 3 days). The pool is just beautiful and all staff are extremely kind and helpful!

Exceptional

Absolutely loved staying here. In the morning we did yoga and meditation in the garden. Perfect place if you drive a bike cause it's close to the main places and 15 min drive to Zen beach. Loved the wardrobe 😊 Plus it's quiet and peaceful. We had a kitchen in the next room just to ourselves and made slow breakfast on our terrace. It saved us a lot of money. And the staff are lovely here, responded in minutes and sorted whatever arose. Like Netflix connection problems. 100% would come back.

everything! great location, 4 min bike drive into town and the market, 7 min from beaches and just an overall beautiful property!! the pool was amazing and soooo warm, perfect for the night time:) the owner and staff were so accommodating and took care of everything from airport transport to bike rentals! even gave us great recommendations for anything we asked!! big apartment for the same price as a little hotel room but even more beautiful!

Friendly staff! Big room. You need an motorcycle to go anywhere which is no problem. Just keep in mind.

Host should make it clear that only half of the place has A/C!

New, quiet aircon in bedroom, place in good shape, responsive and friendly host (based on short interaction)

I find it slightly deceptive not to make it clear in the pictures and text of "double room with garden view" that people are booking two separate rooms here that are not connected (only via veranda), AND, more importantly, the room with the table has no A/C. The main reason why I booked this place was so I can use the table as a desk to get work done. I mentioned this to the host in my booking. No comment from host. Upon arrival, I found that this place is completely unsuitable for work unless you wanna sweat all over. The table is in the kitchen and the kitchen has no A/C. As the rooms are not connected, it's not an option to leave the door open in the A/C room so the other room can benefit from it. It also isn't an option to put the table in the A/C room, as that room is too tiny.
