Przyjechałem na obóz sportowy i mieszkanie spełniło wszystkie moje oczekiwania. Dużo przestrzeni, wygodne łóżka i świetn

Wspaniały widok i świetnie wyposażona kuchnia. Wygodne łóżka i dużo przestrzeni.

W trakcie sztormu wiatr bardzo mocno gwizdał w nieszczelnych oknach.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr schöne Lage - konnten wir sofor am Strand spazieren gehen. Alles war konfortabel in der nehe zu erreichen- restaurats, div. Markets und Malaga ist sehr einfach zu erreichen per Auto od Bus. Wir wollen wider kommen.

In der Garage war ein bisschen problematisch der Eingang.

Winter visit - comfy but some little niggles

The apartment is basic but it was very clean and tidy when we arrived with fresh clean linen and towels. It looked as though it had been freshly decorated and everywhere was spotless. The beds are very comfortable. the sea views are truly amazing, just as described and the apartment is very well placed facing directly onto the promenade. Rincon would not win any beauty contest but the new development is not too imposing and the town has a nice local feel. There is an amazing Roman Villa museum, a beautiful fort with changing exhibitions and a unique cave experience here, and local transport (0.57 Euro per trip - come on UK!) will take you further afield without any difficulty. Malaga is 20 minutes away and there are busses to local villages and further afield. In season there are excursions to Granada, the famous Camino del Ray, Ronda and more. Communication with the agent was OK but not perfect. It was all via WhatsApp. We would have liked beach chairs to be provided (for our couple of sunny days) and a wheeled shopping trolley for visitors without a car.

The instructions were not up to date. There is no spare gas for the water heating as stated. Biggest Gripe - Noise! We were NOT informed about building work in the appt above until after ALL the monies had been transferred, including a hefty caution deposit of 200 Euro. (Incidentally, we lost over £15 on this because of transaction fees from our bank). This did affect our holiday negatively. The work was extensive and was very noisy and intrusive. We were forced out of the flat in daytime, so the Relax part of the property name was not evident! The agent did offer us a discount if we book directly through them in the future! There was not sufficient crockery or glasses. Just 4 of each item, and we would have liked 4 mugs. There were no homely touches.

A great piso, especially for a family or group with immediate beach access and very good accommodations.

lovely piso overlooking playa de la Victoria. very spacious with good kitchen facilities and a beautiful enclosed balcony.

Check in requires a bit if coordination & adherence to timing. I arrived a bit early and had to wait at least 30-minutes outside until contact arrived.

Very good

I like this place, it’s clean and has all what you need. there is a private parking in the basement. there is no restaurants on the first floor, so you don’t need to worry about noise. I really appreciate Soraida for help and support.

a nee building being built next to the building so it’s not for people who wants to sleep in the morning) maybe in a month it will be better.
