Hotel services and facilities are good and room and reception area clean and nice ,Receptionist mam ms.vaish took very less time to check in and check out and treated well,all over stay was good .nice hotel blue mystic

They have cancelled my booking from booking.com without any permission and take money than site.
The room was not clean don't have enough facilities. kettle and tea/coffee,mugs are not there.
Towels and toiletries are not in place.
As they have outside food not allowed policy, the food from restaurant is overpriced and tasteless. Just waste of money.
Even Bedsheet was torned.
Wifi is not working properly. Frequently disconnected.
Reception calls you anytime without any reason. No privacy.
Over all staying here it's just waste of money.
