Wonderful staff and great rooms. It was a very family-friendly stay, even in Kavos which has a reputation for being more party-oriented. Great breakfast, great pool, very quiet at night, and they helped us book excursions also.
While it wasn't a problem for us, they do a weekly karaoke that can be quite loud on the ground floors. It doesn't go too late and you're welcome to join in, but worth knowing in advance.

Very nice place, clean, friendly staff, cleaned daily lovely pool area.
Shower was cold most of the week (that could have been the time of year) Internet access was hit and miss.
