Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt in dieser Gegend allerdings kein Restaurant, das länger als 18:00 Uhr geöffnet hat.
Dafür muss man halt etwa 2 km gehen.
Die Unterkunft war ganz gemütlich, sauber, aber relativ klein.

Man war innerhalb von wenigen Schritten am Strand bzw. An der Strandpromenade. Sehr ruhig, schön gelegen und mit der mitgelieferten Zeichnung auch gut zu finden (Google zeigt einen anderen Standort der Adresse). Uns hat bei unserem dreitägigen Aufenthalt nichts gefehlt.
Verteilung der Steckdosen rund um das Bett nicht so optimal, man muss immer aufstehen, um ans abgesteckten Gerät zu gelangen. Wasser unter der Dusche wurde nicht ordentlich heiß, um sich nach einem durchgefrorenen Spaziergang wieder komplett aufzuheizen.

Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich und in einer tollen Lage!
Für mich allein war auch die Größe super, zu zweit wäre es vielleicht ein bisschen eng geworden.
Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber*innen lief reibungslos.
Die gesamte Wohnung war total sauber!
Als ich ankam war die Heizung ganz aus und es hat recht lange gedauert, bis die Wohnung wieder aufgeheizt war.
Erst war ich wegen der recht dünnen Decke besorgt, aber mit meiner mitgebrachten Wärmflasche war es ausreichend.
Das Bett ist eher ein Schlafsofa und nicht sooo bequem, für zwei Nächte war es okay.

Clean accommodation, fine for one night
The whole online portal which is used for check in etc was a bit clumsy
I don't think it's legal to allow pets and after I made my non refundable booking I am provided with the information that dogs aren't allowed on the couch (which couch?) and on the bed and if those rules aren't followed there's going to be a fee. This should be communicated clearly before making the booking. If a dog isn't used to sleeping in their own bed, you will not make that happen in an unfamiliar environment. And depending on your dog's size, age, health - a thin dog bed won't do it and a big dog bed might simply not be physically possible to take with you. So, announcing a rule that may not be possible for everyone to follow after the booking is complete with no way to cancel the booking without financial loss and an extra fee if the rule is broken - that really is not ok.
The parking fee was said to be 8€ a day. When I asked whether I can pay the parking & pet fee online rather than leaving the money on the table, I was told I would find it in the online portal. There was only the parking fee that was then 9€ instead of the 8€ everywhere mentioned. No dog fee payable. The message where I pointed out there is no dog fee option available for online payment was left unanswered.
Finding the property is ridiculously difficult. The "arrival instructions" takes you to Google maps - that's fine. What isn't fine is that Google maps instructions take you to the backside of the property - a pedestrian path only and a massive hedge with no access to the property. In the dark it's almost impossible to find the entrance. And it would be as easy as mentioning: "hey, the entrance is very close to the bus stop "Lembkestraße" next to the pedestrian only path.
