Villa bellissima, zona La Caletta con un panorama meraviglioso. Accesso diretto sul mare.
Casa pulita e con ogni confort.
Elena, dama tuttofare gentile e sempre disponibile, tutte le mattine viene per le pulizie e a bisogno porta qualche spesuccia (cornetto-pane caldo-frutta).
Grazie a lei la nostra vacanza in villa è stata con un servizio Hotel.
Host disponibilissimo.
La bellezza della Villa e la sua unica posizione in caletta davanti a Palmarola ma, questo comporta un percorso a piedi con molte scale.
Il percorso in discesa non è difficile anche con bimbi piccoli, la salita molto faticosa.
Facile arrivare via mare, dal Porto alla Caletta direttamente sotto casa, circa 100/150 euro a barca.
Oppure bus dal Porto fino a Cala dell’Acqua e poi taxi boat con scesa sotto casa a soli 20 euro circa a barca (niente scale e percorsi a piedi).

This is the best place to stay on Ponza - a unique spot that is right on the beach, and with a private pool. It’s a delight simply to stay on the property all day, but is also a great location to travel the island. We stayed here on our honeymoon, and loved every minute of our time here, and would love to come back. One major highlight was Elena, our incredible host, who cared for us like we were family.
We loved it all. The only thing to be wary of are the stairs to get in and out of the property - about 10-15 floors of steps.
