員工很親切，餐廳員工服務 很優秀。早餐豐富，2樓中餐廳 好吃，1樓晚餐 活海鮮現煮 很滿意。

非常感谢礼宾部的一位员工为我们提供了优质服务，他叫李金城。他为我们推荐了不错的景点和非常好吃的早餐店，也为我们叫车，还特意嘱咐司机要为我们把行李搬下车，处处体现出以客人为先的服务态度，让我们的旅行更完美。
酒店的房间温度不能调控，十分闷热！作为一家5星酒店，这样的设计不能接受！我们也因为客房温度太高向前台投诉，结果前台派人来查看，冷冷地说温度不能调控，解决方法竟然是让我们开窗通风！我们去的时候是冬天啊‼️
退房时我们又向前台反应这个问题，一位职员说调控系统被关闭了，她们无能为力。这样的理由竟然发生在5星酒店，太令人失望！
