Restaurante cerrado, bar cerrado, no había nada para desayunar y el hotel está a las afuera. Un solo día de 6 pusieron desayuno ..35$ !!

The design & location
Rom were bare. Shabby window dressings. No seating, broken coffee maker, which was not replaced, then having to pay for coffee in the lobby which was quite a distance from the room. Quite inconvenient for early mornings. There were no luggage racks & four hangers available. The kitchen was not conveniently open.

Close to everything and lobby was beautiful
Bar staff incompetent, per other guest food was rotten, hallways were wet and moldy and smelled elevator broken, hotel needs a major overhaul, has great potential

Location was great and hotel was right at the end of the exit. Close to the attractions we wanted to see. Plenty of parking, room was clean, and all staff encountered were very helpful and friendly.
Weather was warm and took asking the front desk a few times to get the AC fixed. Mechanical engineer told us that the heat was on for our building and he turned it off but would take a few hours until they could flip to AC. Almost 24 hours later and it was finally working.

Everything was clean and the rooms were big. Mark at the front desk took the time to walk us around the entire hotel, showing us different locations we could set up (we were doing a live podcast from the hotel). When we came down after Mark's shift was over, he had relayed who we were to the night person. We got the VIP treatment for sure.

The lobby was nice but that was about it, my room was dirty, sheets dirty toiletries looked reused and I paid for a king sized bed and did not get that. Very disappointed for the price

In my room I stepped on at staple from the bed punctured 4 holes in my foot! Starbucks wasn’t open until 3 what??

Was comfortable and clean. That's about it.
Couldn't use the pool, toilet leaked and turned on and off all night, cable TV was unwatchable.

Location was good
Long wait checkin, room had carpet stains, torn furniture, a clogged tub, and a broken phone too! Then housekeeping woke me at 9:15 by entering my room while I was sleeping.

The staff was short-handed, particularly at check-in. Most facilities (dining, eg.) were closed during our stay. No "morning coffee" in the lobby!

After an unbelievable day I arrived to an extremely hot room and had to call maintenance who had to come and change thermostat batteries seriously? Then no usb plugs phone dying, outdated
See above and then no restaurant for breakfast “ not open today!!” Had to get myself to bagel place down the road before a funeral

The hotel staff was very friendly and polite. The room was clean, the bed sheets and towels immaculate
The A/C were probably not cleaned for a long time because the room smelled strongly when the A/C was on.

The lobby
Falsely advertised that there was a restaurant and Bar, but then was told I could only get breakfast on Sunday and that the bar and restaurant we’re not operational
Was placed in a building farthest away from the main lobby. Only one other car in the parking lot and the main security door that you need a key card to enter to get into the building was broken /unlocked. It felt very unsafe there. Isolated.
The bathroom had hair on the floor.
I booked in February for a two night stay at the end of June, and my rate was considerably higher than the rate The hotel was giving out, but they would not change it for me because I went through a third-party booking company.
We found another hotel on our own, went back to the lobby and asked for and was given a refund so we could leave

room was far from desk and there was another entrance right by it but we were not advised to drive around and park there. seemed to be short staffed

The location was great and the rooms were clean. The front desk staff were very helpful .
No indication that no food would be available on site. The only offering was coffee and a few other grab ad go items which were only offed on one of the two days that I was there. If they could mention the lack of food in the beginning, I would have chosen another place to stay.
