Very clean and exactly what we expected.
One room is very bright without full curtain cover. We were staying up late for a festival and we're hoping to sleep in

Excellent location close to trams, station, prahan market, nice cafes and playgrounds. Beds were comfy, apartment was clean and tidy. Staff support was great when we needed assistance and prompt with responding.

- soap, shampoo provided
- lovely views and sunrise from the windows. Blinds don't cover the whole window but we stayed over winter and this wasn't an issue
- rowing machine was a nice extra
After booking and paying through booking.com the booking then goes through Houst.com which requires you to create an account by providing all the information that could be used for identity theft. After providing my credit card details, photo of drivers licence, recording myself talking, there were a total of 14 emails and correspondence that finally provided the full confirmation and info to stay at the accommodation. Despite being initially very dubious that I was going to get scammed, it all worked out well and our stay was very comfortable.
Things that weren't great:
- location great for bars and clubs, but the main windows face Chapel street and are single glazed and let in a draught as well as all the noise on the street
- despite being on the 4th floor, the windows rattle every time the main front door of the building slams shut
- kitchen range hood doesn't seem to turn on
- bath size is great but the spout has a flow limiter on it so it takes a very long time to fill up
- kitchen cooking is a bit limited with only one pot with no lid
- sheets didn't fit too well and kept slipping off the mattress and doona
- no sponge and detergent for hand washing but good to have a dishwasher with plenty of detergent

Loved how clean it was on arrival
And the modern bathroom and smeg appliances
The damaged curtains that could not open
The curtains that were too high so couldn't be shut
The window open and the fastening to high reach
The collection of dead pot plants in the main bedroom
The collection of used furniture in the wardrobes so we couldn't hang our clothes
The light in the second smaller bedroom we used would only go on if you opened the wardrobe door to trigger the sensor
The front door lock didn't lock each time ftom the inside we could only hope it was locked as you couldn't hear it locking. No safety chain on door as a back up
