The place was really clean and tidy. The owner thoughtfully arranged everything and provided coffee, salt, pepper and other essentials and the place had all the equipment needed for cooking. Located very closely on the main route to Penzance and St. Ives. Hazzle free check-in. Stay was really fabulous 10/10

The property was exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable throughout my entire stay. The bus stop coming from St Ives is just a 2-minute walk away! The Wi-Fi worked great, and it was very quiet at night, which was perfect for getting a good night's sleep.
Oh, and all the kitchen utensils and everything you need are already provided! It’s truly the perfect place for a hassle-free stay!
For travelers without a car, public transport back from the town center finishes a bit early. Although it's a manageable 40–50 minute walk back, some parts lack streetlights or require walking near the main road, which can be a bit risky at night. However, this isn't really a flaw of the property itself, as most places outside central St Ives are similar. If you're traveling by car, this won't be an issue at all, making it a fantastic choice.

Location was perfect for our needs with family staying nearby.
Excellent kitchen facilities, comfortable bed
We felt the bathroom floor tiles could have been cleaner and the shower head holder was loose which prevented any option on adjusting it.
Also disappointed with arrangement for clothes hanging. Couldn't hang long items without them overlapping the short items on rail below which was also too low causing shirts to be touching the floor.

Kitchen was excellent, very very clean. Short drive to St Ives, had its own parking space. Decor was contemporary small but had every thing we needed a very comfortable stay.
Only real negative was the smell from the bathroom possible back wash from the septic tank?
