The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner provided clear and helpful instructions, which made check-in and getting settled very easy. The location was perfect for exploring Sevilla, with a supermarket close by. Parking was also convenient — it was easy to find spots nearby, and the private garage space was a great bonus.
The apartment could have been a bit cleaner. While the common areas were cleaned well enough, the bedrooms and bathrooms could use more attention — for example, there was visible dust in the bedrooms.

Getting the keys was great. They were located at the house in a lockbox. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Using the Booking.com communication tool was a bit of a headache but then I got in direct contact with the owner and he was quick to help. Thank you sir.
The instructions from Booking.com were not very clear as to what I should expect. (may have been my misunderstanding following a lengthy drive with exhausted kids) It did give an address and said to go to a location to get the keys. Nothing about using a lockbox but once we connected with the owner, the rest of the experience was great. I would certainly recommend this location to others or when we revisit.

Une odeur très forte de remontée d'égouts toute la semaine, pas de four, pas de cafetière, pas de salon de jardin extérieur, la literie est à changé, les lattes sont tenues avec du scotch. Il fait très sombre
