The rooms were lovely and we loved the jacuzzis. The room views were good. The restaurant was quite good, but they got too many orders unnecessarily incorrect. The staff were very friendly in the restaurant. Some of the front desk staff were very good. Having accommodation so close to the lift was excellent.

When the restaurant staff got the orders incorrect. When the restaurant originally said they could provide a birthday cake but a few days before we left home, I was told that they could not provide one. We had to park our car in one of the lower car parks. Unfortunately, the car wouldn't start when it was time to leave, even though we had put alpine diesel in. The park where we were directed to park was in the shade and in a wind tunnel according to the NRMA person. The NRMA was called and it took quite a while for them to come and then heat up the fuel before we could leave. I asked the desk for an extension to our check out time and was told that I would have to pay an extra day's cost if I was overtime, even if only an hour extra. Considering that we had paid for 13 people for five days, I thought this was inconsiderate for a short delay that was beyond our control. Fortunately, I spoke to another staff member who assured us that a short extension would be no problem. Other than that, everything went very well and we had a fantastic time in the snow with three generations for my husband's 80th birthday.

*Good stay, but a few issues* Overall everything was perfect and the location was great. Just a few things: 1. *Hair dryer* - They mentioned it’s provided in the room, but I looked everywhere and couldn’t find one. 2. *No phone in room* - There was no phone to contact reception. The only option was to go down and inform the staff in person. Other than that, the stay was good.
