Very clean, perfect location and the $40 voucher for the Bar was very helpful

Appalling experience for a Marriott property.

Inaattentive and surly staff, especially housekeeping—barely came: 1 cleaning. Constant calls mades. Bar staff at pool never asked us for an order. We had one meal that took 2 hours and returned with cold fries and mahi mahi burger.

No amenities. Overpriced. No 24-hour food service. Not a true Residence Inn.

Not great but not terrible either

The location

My suite had black mold on the ceiling, the room also had a humid smell to it. I had reserved a room with a pool view and the hotel did not provide the same.

Convenient

Everything was conveniently near the hotel

Long wait time because there was only one person at desk, also inside bar people were rude. Specifically the nappy redish orange headed girl .

Fantastic

I loved the treatment of the staff, the spaciousness and comfort of the room. Likewise, the pool is great and the common areas are very nice.

I can only mention that I did not like that they did not allow me to bring breakfast to the room. My son is Autistic and in the mornings it was difficult for him to come down early and when we did it was when most of the guests came down and he didn't like that very much, so he preferred to stay in the room and have breakfast there, but that was not allowed . I never understood why they didn't allow it, if when you bought at the restaurant you could take food to your room. Also, I think that a microwave was needed in the breakfast area because some of us like our food very hot and by the time you serve it and can sit down to eat it is already cold. Otherwise I loved the hotel and its facilities.

This is a great hotel to stay if you are traveling in a big group with kids.

Location. Even though it’s close to the airport it’s not an airport hotel. For us getting to airport to get car was convenient. And there’s a supermarket nearby. Hotel is new and we liked the kiddie pool.

We knew this when we booked this. Path to go to the beach wasn’t that great. The housekeeping was miserable. Pretty sure they did the bare minimum.

Very good

The entire ambience of the hotel was amazing. The king suit was spacious and the kitchenette was very useful! The pool area was beautiful and the water perfectly tempered. The location was decent. The hotel provides you with beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach that’s nearly a 10 mins walk. It’s also walking distance to the super market if you’re stay is extended.

There was a bit of a musty smell that stayed in the hallways. It wasn’t too unpleasant, but recognizable. There are hidden fees and hotel service fees that you should inquire about. I was not aware of them through booking.com.

Excellent hotel

I loved the pool and I loved the room, it was better than I expected from seeing the photos. Very cozy and beautiful. The service of the staff was excellent, from the entrance, to those who work with breakfast, all very pleasant and helpful. I definitely book it again when I return to PR.

The hotel was close to everything and the staff was friendly and tried to accommodate as much as possible. Check in was quick and easy.

The hotel is not on the beach. There was flies in the dining area for breakfast. The breakfast was horrible. I didn’t find anything luxurious about the hotel

It was ok however won’t stay there again.

The hotel was conveniently located. The waiter at the pool was wonderful and was the best person we came in contact with at the property.

The staff at the front desk was rude. Placed multiple temporary holds on cards that were put down. Changed method of payment when trying to buy waters cash, we were told system was down and needed to pay with a card. We did and they placed a hold and charged for the room in that card without authorization. This card was different from the card that was on file to be charged for the room. Light in the room did not work in kitchen and never was fixed. The room also had a smell.

I like the hotel and facilities and I will stay in Marriott Residence Inn again.

The property is in excellent shape! The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and offer their advice and service always with a smile! Breakfast was delicious and location is excellent close to everything, beach, restaurants, airport and main attractions.

I had to pay for parking in the same hotel 19 per day!
