Lovely, clean, modern accommodation - with a a wonderful pool!

Clean and modern apartment. We absolutely loved the pool - which was also very clean. Plenty of parking. Close to Laguna Beach (one of our favourite beaches in the area with free parking). The staff was very helpful and friendly!

We knew in advance there is no washing machine. Not a problem as it was the end of our holiday and we were prepared for that!

Please be aware of the many disadvantages when you wish to book this apartment.

●Swimming pool ●Near town centre ●Near beach ●Beach towels were provided

●Owner failed to introduce us properly to apartment and facilities: ○She didn't provide WIFI code ○She didn't provide intructions to operate the TV and change languages for tourists coming from abroad ○ She didn't show mosquito window nets- hence we couldn't sleep for 3 nights without any trouble with mosquitos ○She didn't show us any directions or recommendations around the town centre, or familiarise us even though we visited Istria before ○Her communications with tourists were poor ○Please be aware that you won't be able to sleep peacefully due to neighbouring dogs barking and neighbours mowing their grass extremely early in the morning- we couldn't get a good night's rest for 9 nights (we have 2 children) ○We weren't provided with a washing machine at all in the apartment block and we didn't have an iron for our clothes- we couldn't wash our necessities for 9 days. ○We had a minimal amount of kitchen appliances and dishes- we even were given 3 bowls when there were 4 of us staying at the apartment! She didn't provide kitchen towels, enough knifes or cooking spoons or pans. ○When arriving, we were shocked to find dust collected on the floors and surfaces! ○After many years' experience in Istria, we were always welcomed warmly by the owners with their traditional appetisers and snacks however, at least a cold drink or two would be acceptable after a long 10 hour drive to get to Istria. ○The owner tried to buy us with a bottle of wine to give a higher review as she knew we would give a poor review and were disappointed by our stay. ○Overall, the apartment we stayed in was far off from the value it was given- we expected a better stay for the price we were given.

Very good

Good spacious and clean apartment with nice pool. Nice balcony. Beach was 5 min. by car.

The nearby local runway gave a little bit of air traffic in the daytime but not something that spoils a great vacation.

Tolle geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Geräumige, saubere Wohnung, Kristina ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, ruhige Lage. Pool war sehr schön, Parkplätze vor der Tür. Fliegengitter in allen Räumen, man konnte also die Fenster offen lassen. 20 min zu Fuß in die Altstadt, ca. 15 min zum Strand. Kristina hat uns Tipps für einen gratis Parkplatz gegeben, das war super!

Wenn man schon was finden will, dann wären Putzutensilien nicht schlecht, damit man zwischendurch mal sauber machen kann, falls man länger bleibt.

Geräumige, saubere Wohnung, Kristina ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, ruhige Lage. Pool war sehr schön, Parkplätze vor der Tür. Modern, kiválóan felszerelt, tágas, tiszta szállás. Kedves, készséges szállásadó. Nyugodt, csendes környezetben, de a part elérhető közelségben. A képek teljesen megfelelnek a valóságnak. Jó szívvel ajánlom!

Sehr sauberes und liebevoll gestaltetes Apartment. Toller Pool und top gepflegte Außenanlage. Kristina hat uns die ganze Zeit sehr freundlich betreut.
