B&B Rais Luxury Rooms

The host Rafaella was excellent, the rooms were impeccable with everything you needed was provided and breakfast was very good by Italian standards.

The only slight negative was the bed topper on my side compressed completely which made the bed quite firm and I slept in a hollow. I did sleep well and it didn’t cause any back problems. I also didn’t mention anything to Rafaella because I slept ok.

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi sia dalla spiaggia che dal centro di Vieste. Le camere sono nuove, pulite e dotate di letti davvero molto comodi. Colazione eccellente, varia e di qualità. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff per la grande gentilezza e disponibilità. Consigliatissimo!

Great small hotel with perfect clean rooms, good breakfast and just a few steps away from shopping or historic center. The room is super clean, nicely designed, good bathroom and a small terrace with deck chair and table. Rooms are made up daily. Breakfast is served on a terrace and has great choices including made to order scrambled eggs. We got great recommendations and the receptionist was super nice and made dinner reservations for us. Food in Vieste has some outstanding options like Duomo. Prices were overall fair for excellent quality. There is a washing machine on the premises that can be used free of charge. The city beach is just a few minutes walking and parking is within 5 minutes walk.

We liked everything. Be aware that it’s located on top of a few steps. People who are not able to use stairs should not book there.

Absolutely outstanding stay and a true gem in Vieste. Everything was simply perfect. The location is incredibly central, right in the heart of the city, yet the rooms are completely quiet. We could not hear any noise from the main street at all. The whole property is sparkling clean, beautifully maintained and very well equipped. We stayed in the triple room, which has a lovely private terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. There is also a spectacular shared rooftop terrace with wonderful views over Vieste. Another big plus is the laundry area, where guests can wash and iron their clothes, which was incredibly useful during our trip. We were also very impressed by the air-conditioning and ventilation system. The room kept a comfortable, stable temperature all the time, with excellent air circulation and practically no noise. Breakfast was great, but what made our stay truly special was Raffaella. She is an exceptional host: warm, attentive and always ready to help. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and even helped us arrange a fantastic boat trip, which became one of the highlights of our stay in Vieste. This was genuinely one of the best places we have ever stayed. Beautiful, peaceful, exceptionally clean, perfectly located and run with great care. Thank you so much, Raffaella, for making our time in Vieste so memorable. We would happily return and cannot recommend Rais Luxury Rooms highly enough.
