Its a fabulous location right next to Dotonbori and in a very cool, bohemian style neighbourhood, excellent restaurant options all around and great facilities in the hotel

Location.
The bathroom was excellent, but the rest of it needs a Reno. And the owners would know this!!
And that’s fine. Location is the strength. It just needs a makeover.

Location is excellent. Staff were nice. Onsen was good.
Possibly the most uncomfortable mattresses and pillow I've ever slept on in Japan. Room wasn't that clean - hair on the bed and lots of lint/dust on the walls from the AC.
Also insanely noisy, but that could have been due to the fact that Osaka was quite busy and hotels were full.
