The location is perfect and the apartment is a great size.
No use of garden as it’s not owned by the property, however, the park across the road is lovely.

It was such a great location! Close to the ferry terminal and many restaurants. Highlight was the store out the front run by Marco, lovely man!
There was a bit of water under one of the beds (which was mostly fine bc we weren’t using the room) but it was big puddle

We came to the property 2 years ago and returned last month and everything was in the same place like home from home! Very clean and perfect location.

Location was great, right across from lake and ferry stop, close to shopping and restaurants.
No air conditioning, being on the main coastal , which was very busy 24 hours a day made it noisy 24 hours a day. It was very hot this time of year and we needed to keep windows wide open to cool property so it was comfortable. Internet was old, weak and needs to be updated. We could only run 1 major appliance at a time due to archaic electrical system. You can tell the owners/management are more into cutting expenses as opposed to customer comfort. Management company were nice, responsive and efficient.
