La struttura è molto caratteristica e il terrazzo ha una bellissima vista. Casa pulita e ben attrezzata, con utensili da cucina sufficienti per 4 persone.
La struttura presenta gradini interni che la rendono poco accessibile a tutti, essendo molto alti e non segnalati ne in descrizione ne in foto. Inoltre l'accesso al bagno del piano superiore è fortemente pericoloso, anche questo dettaglio non segnalato e non presente in foto (allego). Climatizzatori non funzionanti e, visto il caldo forte (38 gradi), non è stato possibile vivere al massimo l'appartamento. Nonostante abbia contattato la struttura per ben 2 volte su WhatsApp, non è stata fornita alcuna assistenza o offerto un cambio di casa... rispondevano con "contatteremo il team locale e le faremo sapere" ma non è giunta mai nessuna comunicazione e, ovviamente, nessun intervento.
Il terrazzo molto bello ma poco pulito e poco curato.
Infine, abbiamo dovuto caricare la spazzatura in macchina e portarla in un centro di raccolta altrimenti la struttura avrebbe addebitato un costo ulteriore di 50 euro... il servizio di raccolta rifiuti a domicilio nel comune prevede un prelievo di plastica, carte ecc una sola volta a settimana, quindi la penale di 50 euro non è comprensibile visto che non dipende dall'ospite.

Bella casa in ottima posizione nel centro di Ostuni.
Pavimento sporco e polvere sui mobili. Assenza di corrimano su scala interna pericolosa tra primo e secondo piano. Climatizzatore non funzionante.

The property itself is absolutely lovely! A charming old house, tastefully decorated, clean and with a beautiful terrace that made our stay very enjoyable.
The communication with the host company was frustrating and, quite frankly, baffling.
Despite completing the check-in process via portal, I kept receiving daily automated reminders to check in via WhatsApp, email, and Booking.com messages. After finally asking them to stop, the company instead began repeatedly messaging to confirm our arrival time - even though I had already submitted it on said portal.
After several back-and-forth messages, we settled on a 30-minute window for an agent to meet us. After yet another message from the host to confirm the time on the day of arrival, we were informed (last minute) that they were running late due to another check in, and we ended up waiting outside for 45 minutes. I completely understand that delays happen, but in that case, why not offer a key box for flexible arrivals instead of bombarding guests with messages for days beforehand while still not being able to turn up as agreed?
